Symplify, a Stockholm-based customer relationship management (CRM) firm, has revealed that they are leveraging OpenAI, the company behind the widely known ChatGPT, to assist their clientele in crafting content. This new service will empower Symplify clients to produce custom, artificially intelligent (AI)-generated content and visuals for their marketing endeavors. Symplify asserts that this will significantly reduce content creation time, potentially by as much as 60%.
Symplify’s chief executive officer, Robert Kimber, stated that utilizing OpenAI’s application programming interface (API) will facilitate the growth of their clients’ businesses. He further emphasized Symplify’s dedication to simplifying content creation and their commitment to aiding clients in expanding their CRM strategies while enabling communication across diverse channels.
This innovative feature will allow users to generate content by simply inputting their desired text within the Symplify editor. The software will then autonomously produce text and images based on the user’s input.
Paul Crisp, Symplify’s chief marketing officer, expressed that the software will streamline processes for its users.
“Upon the release of ChatGPT, we were genuinely impressed,” he remarked. “We initiated brainstorming sessions to explore how we could integrate it into our existing tools.”
