Slingo Appoints Suki Sandhu as Head of Product Development

Suki Sandhu has been selected to lead the product development efforts at Slingo, joining the company from Inspired Entertainment.

Sandhu will be in charge of developing Slingo’s gambling games, including the introduction of fresh ideas and features into its content. He will manage the development team and oversee the strategic direction of Slingo’s product roadmap.

Sandhu comes to the developer from Inspired, where he spent two years as Director of igaming Products. Before this, he held the position of Product Director at WynnBet, and Head of Games for Roxor Gaming and Gamesys.

Sandhu also previously held the role of Head of UK Market Products at Inspired. His other professional experiences include positions at Digital Works Consulting, IGT, PartyGaming, AOL, and Yell.

Gaming Realms reported record half-year earnings of £11.5 million (€13.3 million/$14 million), with the company’s core content licensing business expanding by 35.3% annually.

Licensing income increased by 46.3% to £9.8 million, comprising £8.8 million in licensing income and £1 million in brand licensing income. The remaining £1.8 million in revenue originated from its social enterprise, which saw a 2.2% year-over-year decline.

The developer’s net profit reached £2.5 million, a rise of 80.6% compared to £1.4 million in 2022. The company also stated that EBITDA grew by 36.7% to £4.5 million, a new company record.
